Mr. Randall Billy

Randall Billy is the Sales Director for Esri’s International Government portfolio. In this role is a recognized leader in evangelizing the use of location intelligence services to enhance all of government operations. Prior to assuming this position, he led Esri’s National Mapping Team which is responsible for driving the company’s engagement with the global geospatial authorities. Previously he led the Geospatial and Open Source Intelligence initiatives for MarkLogic, an unstructured database solutions company. Randall is a former Naval Officer and certified acquisition professional. In his twenty years in industry, he has held sales and operations leadership positions with Esri’s National Security Team, Systematic US, and Exelis VIS (now L3-Harris). In that time his focus has been on commercial technology insertion into the Defense and Intelligence communities.
